7:45 am | Day of Race Registration + Packet Pickup
8:00 am - 12:00 pm | Expo featuring Screening + Prevention Village
8:40 am | Opening Ceremony
9:00 am | 1 Mile Fun Run
9:10 am | 5K Zumba Warm-Up
9:30 am | 5K
10:30 am | Awards (subject to change based on race results)

Returning in 2024 we are hosting an expanded health expo featuring a screening and prevention village. The village will include Sentara Health's mobile mammogram unit. We welcome our community partners to get involved!

All event sponsorships have the opportunity to host a booth at the expo. If you are not an event sponsor and would like to host an expo space please select from the options listed below. Please note that exhibitors do not receive sponsorship recognition or benefits for the event.
