Opus 9 strives for only the highest standards possible, serving only the finest PRIME, corn-fed, perfectly aged steaks. The steaks are aged and cut to exacting specifications to ensure an uncommonly tender, juicy and flavorful steak for the demanding beef lover. The Seafood at Opus 9 is the finest, freshest available. Chicken and Pasta are given special attention too. All recipes have been specially created to offer only the best to our guests. The Wine List at Opus 9 features over 100 different selections from all over the world with a special concentration in California wines. In addition to the extensive wine list, the finest single barrel bourbons and single malt scotches compliment the full bar at Opus 9 Steakhouse.

Private dining rooms are available for groups of 15 to 50 for special occasions or business meetings. The Sunday Brunch Buffet (11:00am to 2:30pm) is a symphony of food. Carved Prime Rib, Tamarand Balsamic Salmon and an omelet station are featured with an uncompromising variety of other hot and cold brunch selections.
